I tried that but you can save it anywhere you like. The default seems to be the usual profiles folder.
I notice the suffix is .psf. That must be a clue...
Alternatively, try System Folder > Applications Support > Adobe > Color > Proofing.
That folder doesn't seem to exist in OSX, although it does in OS9...
