It's relatively easy in the latest version of graphic converter (4.8):

In the browser mode, select an image or images. Right click on it (or them)
(or hold your mouse button down if you're still using a mac mouse)

A new contextual menu appears with 'jpeg' as an item. This leads to 'remove
metadata...', which leads to a further menu where you can decide what to
strip out.
