Do you actually have SG inks in the printer? Just because Fotonic behaves in
a particular fashion it doesn't automatically mean that SG will (au
contraire). It's sort of like saying because the gearbox on my 4 year old
Rover broke down, all gearboxes ona all cars made by that company and it's
subsidiaries will break down after 4 years. (In colour management related
issues take NOTHING for granted <G>).
I take it you have played with the paper settings and printing modes
(Photorealistic various gamma settings, no color adjustment etc)?

Not to the best of my knowledge - it's not something easily accomplished.
You may be better off asking that question on the colorsync listserver
(www.apple.com) though.
