I'm going to buy a wacom tablet. I chose the Intuos A5 because I think is
the ideal size ( I have been using a old A4 ADB tablet but I couldn't conect
to my new G4 so I didnt use it since a year ago).
Checking out the wacom online shop I have seen there is a new Graphire3 A5.
This is has half price than the intuos more or less.
As I read here that someone are very happy with the small graphire2. I
wonder which are the main differences between them?.

Hi Aitor

Personally I would find an A5 too small. I currently use an oversized A4 which is very nice, this is connected to the main studio machine. I also have an old A4 ADB port tablet, which I occasionally use when away from the studio on my iBook connected via an ADB-to-USB converter/switch. It does not work with MacOS X, so I have re-boot into MacOS 9.2. Not an ideal situation but if I do need to use the old Wacom with the laptop, it does work.

Just a thought in case you only occasionally wish to use the tablet and wish to spare the additional expense for now.
