Hi I suspect most of the differences in people's views come from what they use the tablet for ... For me it's fine detail, where I'm making small adjustments and selections. I prefer a mouse for cloning.
I use an older A5 for some Photoshop work and find it fits nicely with the desk space I have available, and my style of use. The lowered resolution and reduced levels of pressure sensitivity don't seem a problem. I used to have an A3 tablet, that I never really used that much (it went to eBay :-)) <OT> If you have OSX and have not had a tablet attached before, do check out the built-in handwriting recognition and drawing (see the system prefs) It may not be terribly useful, but it's fun to try... </OT> bye for now Keith Cooper Northlight Images http://northlight-images.co.uk Photography - Digital Imaging - Apple Mac Consultancy Tel +44 (0)116 291 9092 Mobile +44 (0)780 162 9397 =============================================================== GO TO http://www.prodig.org for ~ GUIDELINES ~ un/SUBSCRIBING ~ ITEMS for SALE
