Tom, I'm sure you'll find answers here! Just figuring out the questions is the hard part. As you may have already found, an image database that automatically makes keywords from the file names and all folder names in the path is a great asset. I name my nested folders: "Client Name", "Job Desc", "Job Number", "Subject Name" & whatever, so that each of those words becomes a keyword in a searchable offline CD database.
