Sorry to hear about your virus, and hope that you are soon over it. If you haven't already found the C1 forum at www.pictureflow.com you ought to look at it, or, better still, join it. The folk there are very helpful and knowledgeable. If you aim to prepare images for final output with C1 then it would make sense to sharpen with C1. I always resize and sharpen in PS as this allows me to sharpen through a mask, which gives better results.
