I use Photo Mechanic but is has a quirk on the captioning. It certainly can be very efficient at batch captioning (ITPC meta data) but it doesn't set the image as Copyrighted. It puts your details in the Copyright box but when you view it in PS you have to manually set it to a Copyrighted image. i.e. it shows the � Copyright symbol at the front of the filename in the title bar. I use PS actions for all my automated captioning.
