Dear List, Does anyone have any upper limit guidelines when it comes to resizing images in Photoshop? This query is about RGB scans made from film as opposed to images from digital cameras.
For example, could an image scanned at 30" x 20" 300ppi be resized to 60" x 40" without significan loss of quality. I am aware that resizing images within Photoshop is best done in small increments, but what should these increments be to obtain optimum results? Is it possible to obtain better results by using a plug-in such as Genuine Fractals?
