On this matter, I�ve been pleased by the quality of S-Spline Pro. Yesterday I inadvertently made 2 shots with my D60 in medium size Jpeg, i.e. 2048X1360 pix., but they had to be printed @ 48cm, 250ppi>~4800 pixels wide. I�d say yes, I �ve used GF for some years - resently updated - and I find that you can get very fine outputs from this plug-in, especialy if your image contains fine lines and curved/round objects. Its slow but worth waitng for.
