Be very,very careful. Bet if you contact the seller he will tell you that he is selling bankrupt stock in Bulgaria, is an American student living in Spain or a dealer in Hong Kong with excess stock he needs to off-load.
He will offer to send you Fedex / DHL shipping docket as proof of shipment and you will be asked to send money via Western Union. You can then sit back and dream about your cheap Canon - and you had better enjoy those dreams becasuse that is all you will get.
There is a whole dirty world of trick sales out there on e-Bay which has been raised on this list before. You will find the seller has indeed got a whole raft of delighted previous buyers but it is a serious con and e-Bay show no real sign of being able to stop it.
