You can try asking as Michael suggests, but you will usually get the
equivalent of a blank look, and its no good upsetting your client by saying
" we can't do it unless we know".
I've found that the best size to avoid complaints is 8X6 at 300dpi, saved as
a Jpg at about 9 or 10 photoshop quality. Make sure the final file size is
under 1Mb by dropping the quality or cropping slightly, as if you have to
Email one urgently some companies have a 1Mb limit on attachments.
