Its very easy - you can either use a cross over Cat 5 cable between the two Macs, or alternatively you could use a router or switch with straight Cat 5 cables and additionally share an ADSL or cable Internet connection.

I'm intending to connect the two by Ethernet one on OS9.2 and the G4 on OS10.2. is this relatively easy?
