Sticking my neck out here...I think it's a PC thing that needs to be
fixed...but not likely to happen! <g>
On the Mac, someone do correct me, the document, tools and palette windows
are all separate windows that sit on your desktop. On the PC, these same
windows are wrapped inside the application window. So, if you want to see
your sub-windows spread over two monitors, you have to extend the
application window over two monitors.
