For what its worth, as I am a wedding / portrait photographer - 'high end' in service, not in investment. Employed a talented part time assistant, who has BA in photography from Nottingham Uni, a year ago. I paid her well. She has now gone off and started her own company in direct competition to mine. Hohum. Am now seeking an attractive, talentless and unqualified bag carrier...
