Wonder what Calumet have to say about their illegal (in)'action' ? It certainly makes me sure that I will be voting with my wallet in future. Glad it got resolved. However, it may still be worthwhile speaking to a learned friend as you have still lost out as a result of Calumet. Small Claims court - plain and simple breach of contract. Sue them. It make my blood boil when organisations flout the law and are allowed to get away with it.
