It's high time I bought a monitor calibrator, even though I think I've been reasonably close to a neutral screen just using Adobe Gamma. It's my intention to buy a CIS for my Epson 1160 using Lyson inks on Epson Heavyweight Matte paper and to have a remote profile made for this combination. Consequently, I want to start at the beginning with an accurately calibrated monitor.
I was wondering, therefore, what experiences list members have had with the various combinations of calibrator / software now available? Any replies gratefully received.
