2. Create a new action.
3. Record these steps:
a) Image > Mode > RGB
b) Image > Image Size [set it to 72dpi, no resampling]
c) File > Automate > Fit Image [set to: H 1000px W 1000px (or whatever)]
4. Stop the recording.
Now it will perform all these steps on any folder / browser / open pics you want. Just go to File > Automate > Batch, select the action and source / destination & your sorted!
