Hi Stephen,

Great to hear that you're considering a digi back for your MF system. What body will you be using? I've been an Ixpress user for 7 months now and am continually blown away by the quality. I do not see noise problems using available light. The Ixpress is also very well thought out when it comes to portability. I do almost all my work on location. When I need to shoot in-studio, I take advantage of the Ixpress' 4 and 16 shot modes, which are killer.

There is a very active group of Flexframe / Ixpress users that you might be interested in checking out:

Good luck in your decision making.

Cheers,

digital photography. I have come up with a shortlist that includes the Leaf
Valeo 22 and the Imacon Ixpress. I have tested them both in a studio
environment and the results are outstanding. However, I have heard whispers
about noise issues, particularly with the Valeo, in available light
conditions.
