Again I think it's a question of working space. Adobe RGB (1998) is a 6500
workspace where ColorMatch and Apple RGb is 5000KL spaces.

My best bet is either they use a non colour savvy application, or have
Photoshop set up to ignore all warnings, and use preserve embedded
profiles..

Try to give them a colormatch file and see what they say. Alternatively have
them fix one file and send it back to you so you can see what they are
doing...
