No doubt it will perform well but  a miniature chip on a giant film gate seems so short
sighted

The chips 52 x 37mm   compared with  56x80mm film gate means its occupying less than 
50 %
of the available area again neglecting the very important area of wide angle work
If it goes onto the Hasselblad H1,Fuji made I believe, then a portable kit with almost
full wide angle potential will at last be on the market
