Hi John, Thanks for the reply. The image is flattened. And it shows up in the print worse even than in the soft-proof.
I have yesterday found out that it is a limitation of that RIP which is unable to print gradients. The way around this is to replace the white background with a colour or pale grey etc. If you can't do that, you're sunk! All the best Ellie John O'Donnell said: > Two questions. > 1.
