This is dependant on the resolution o the projector - usually 1024x760 (or,
god forbid, 600x800px) so maybe even a bit less than your regular screen.

If possible you should resize the images to fit in advance. If  this is not
possible you could always hit "Cmd+alt+0" which will fit the image to the
available screen...
