I had to do an annual report for a charity of only 150 copies recently. We
asking Martin at Silverprint and he recommended Tetenal Spectra Jet Duo
Print 130g/m2 paper.
It isn't glossy but the finished result looked just like offset litho on our
1160 Epson printer. It comes in A3 size so you just need to saddle stitch to
make an A4 book. It was also very cheap, about �20 for 100 A3 sheets.
