I am on Mac G4, OS9.1 and using Outlook Express 5.01. This morning I prepared a 4mb image file (A0036D23.tif) which I then dropped on Aladdin Dropstuff, which resulted in my file name being A0036D23.tif.sit and sent it to the printer via email.
They said they couldn't open it. I then tried deleting the .tif before dropping it on Aladdin Dropstuff, which resulted in my file name being A0036D23.sit and sent it to the printer again. They said they still couldn't open it. The printers are using Mac, Apple OSX (panther) Mail, and Stuffit Expander to try to open. Sorry, but haven't used this method of delivery very much - could anyone please point out why it's proving difficult to open? Many thanks Reg Wilkins =============================================================== GO TO http://www.prodig.org for ~ GUIDELINES ~ un/SUBSCRIBING ~ ITEMS for SALE
