I read something last year on another list ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ " My rumour mill has two new Nikons on the horizon, including an 18 megapixel full-frame and a highspeed (lesser megapixel) Nikon currently being demo'd to sports photographers. At least of these will debut in the fall (probably the highspeed version first) with the other no later than PMA in February.
I've also heard rumors of a Canon 16 megapixel full-frame camera. The new Fuji S3 is a full-frame with their new sensor technology that will incorporate two different sensor-well sizes (fewer moiré problems, greater dynamic range). Haven't heard a "when" yet.
