We had the same. I selotaped the delivery tray at 45deg up angle so the paper slides under the platen properly on the last stroke the head makes. Seems to work ok. BTW I haven't noticed any great difference in paper settings with the paper. I tried Heavyweight, Photo, and Film settings. Very similar in appearance. Richard Davis
b u t when I printed it with my Epson Stylus Photo 950 I got at one > corner black ink on the print- how can I avoid this- I tried three prints > and it happened on two of them.
