First of all in PS7 (I'm running PS7 in OS 9.2.2 & PSCS in OS 10.3.2 with no problems) open the PS actions pallette in expanded view. At the top will be your folder containing the actions. Select it (the folder) and then save it naming it 'whatever'. That will now be ant .atn file named as you saved it in your PS actions folder. Simply put that in your PSCS photoshop actions folder. Then open CS and select the previous .atn file from the flyout menu. You should then see your actions. Do not dump your supplied default actions in CS. They're useful.
