Would it not work if you took one exposure for each type (colour
temperature) of light source, correcting each with WB on the spot, and blend
them together in Photoshop?

If you want even more control, shoot each light as a different exposure, put
them in different layers and adjust the brightness of each at any point
convenient to you.

Saves having to use filters too.
