I did get issues with my mouse on my PB 1 GHz, the USB port was no more self powered: is the led still lighted? Did you tried a self powered hub? If this is the case you should need to change the motherboard.
You might also have a disk failure, in this case save your documents, including bookmarks and mails, and send it to Apple.
DW runs on OS X for months, you should check for an update (alsoft) and burn a bootable CD.
Let us know if you can't figure out.
