Hi Jason & Andrew
Re-install just the OS version of Keyspan
you need (would that be just for OS9 for your Sinarcam?) and load it in
the correct partition - obviously!!
When I installed each version of the Keyspan software (for OS9 or OSX)
I have always been booted into the corresponding OS before installing and
ensured it went into the relevant folder for the OS. Is this what you
mean or do I have to do something more drastic? I'm afraid I'm not up on
all this partitioning business!
Just to check again that you must only install Keyspan for one OS - EITHER OSX or OS9 not both. I have installed just the OS9 version to run my Expolux Software (in Classic). Even if your OS's are on different partitions or not Keyspan says you should only have files installed for one version of OS. That's why I said you need to make sure everything is deleted in both OS's then start over. You don't need to reinstall your OS.
Once you've installed the OS 9 version of software correctly (I think this is probably the one you want?), you then have the problem of configuring the ports - thats where pot luck & finger in the air come into play! (Use the Keyspan software to check that it's seeing the adapter) That said you've only got 2 choices, I'm not sure whether I configured my studio mac with emulate printer port selected, perhaps you could try that as well. Try unplugging the Keyspan and turning your Sinarcam off, then back on then plug the Keyspan back in and hopefully it will see it.
This is the way I see it from Keyspan's instructions and it worked for me. Good luck.

Jason
