[PRODIG] Photoshop plug-ins for CS

I'm new to the site so a few words... I'm a London based photographer 
shooting interiors and people. I've just bought a 1Ds which has been 
great to work with so far.

I'm looking at Fred Miranda's plug-ins, in particular the Stair 
Interpolation Pro (to up-res), the Web Presenter Pro (to de-res) and 
the 1Ds CSpro (to sharpen 1Ds files).

Is there a better choice or am I better off just using my own actions 
and droplets from CS?

Any thoughts in 'computer savvy learning' mode would be most 
appreciated.
