Dear List, I am posting this on behalf of Duncan Davis, who is having problems posting to ProDig:
-- I am having persistent problems with a 1.25 G4 running OSX 10.3.3 with 2Gb ram freezing after being switched on at the beginning of the day.This happens every day after its been on for 20 minutes or so whether it is being used or not. After a reboot its OK till the next day.Have tried repairing permissions and have upgraded to 10.3.3. This didnt happen when it was running jaguar. I am now thinking it might be faulty ram. I'd be grateful if anyone has any ideas and if anyone could point me to a ram tester.
