Use sRGB. Its safer. Assuming the receiving party knows how to use Adobe RGB the on screen difference would be tiny to none vs supplying sRGB files. If they don't know how to use Adobe RGB your images will be very flat and desaturated. You avoid all of this with sRGB. Also go ahead and size them to a common screen resolution like 1024x768 and sharpen accordingly for best on screen viewing.
