You are looking for pure noise with no subject detail... You could photograph a texture-less white sheet, out of focus, at different exposures; giving black to white, to see noise in mid-tones, where it is more of a practical problem.
If you had more time to fill, you could do MTF-like quantitative analysis on optical test target patters at different exposures and magnifications. To eliminate the lens from the analysis, create a special test target, stick it to the CCD and make a contact image or photocopy. (Do not blame me if it damages your CCD.)
