For the rest of you who might have similar questions:

In Mac OS X, images are corrected to the RGB default profile which is set in the Color Sync utility & printed using the profile selected in the devices section of the Color Sync utility for that printer.

You will need to set the custom profile for your ink selected in the devices section for that printer & the correct profile for your monitor selected in the RGB default section.

You also need to make sure you have 'Use Colorsync' enabled in MediaPro Preferences -> Media -> Images (from the pulldown menu).

The above replicates normal use of Photoshop, however note the program has many Color profile settings and people use it in different ways.
