Joy: Thanks for the reply. Is there any similar function for the windows version of iView Media Pro? Any way to tie it into ICM? Also, I noticed that the beta under OS 10.3 mac WILL catalog PDF files and create an image of the first page... however none of the XMP metadata is viewable or appears to be transferred into iView Media Pro. Is this a "bug"? FWIW, you can't catalog PDF's (even those made from Photoshop 7 or CS) with iView Media Pro beta on OS9 mac, or WinXP. Is this just an oversight? Seems a shame. The only current way to "lock" your metadata and image file from tampering and or misuse is to save it as a PDF file from Photoshop. If reopened in Photoshop you can see the metadata (by using "File >> File Info if the file is not "locked/secured" (and see it in the Filebrowser regardless) but if cataloged (only under OSX), with iView Media Pro you can't see the meta data.
