A 5x4 camera will not exactly match the frame that you see though the view finder to what you get on film. This is true of all medium format and 35mm cameras too.
The only camera to give a perfect frame is a tethered digital to a monitor. Your "nameless" cameras are therefor perfect!

Not true for 5x4 with live video...WYSIWYG. Maybe true for medium format but that all depends on how accurate your viewfinder mask is.
