A little while back I posted the problems I was having with Sony support, or lack of. I had a private email from Richard Kenward offering to help in any way he could. I took up his offer and a few days later was contacted by Sony Customer Services with a solution!

There you are, there is something to be said for list mums after all <BG> Glad it all worked out .... just a shame they were not more customer focussed and required some list mum messages <VBG>
