I've had an SLRn for a while & at first was appalled by the fringing around
thin, high contrast objects (eg tree branches against a white sky). This
happened with a variety of lenses.
At the time I reported this to the list.
To balance the books I feel its only fair to say that Kodaks new firmware
does work well and greatly reduces this problem (at least on early tests).

What does impress me is the willingness of Kodak to continuing development
of the camera through firmware & s/w. A lot better than my experience with
Nikon.

But then, of course, my opinion doesn't count 'cos it refers to a camera
without movements. :-)

Kind Regards
