It's possible the cast is left on the skin to give a colour wrap around from
the background. Maybe there is something in a video effects software like
Flame or After effects, which deals with this when using the green screen as
a matte.

It may be worth a quick chat to a video post production house unless there
is someone on the list with video post production experience. I'm sure that
there is something in the channel operations which can deal with this given
PS's history with matte production.
