Dear Fellows, if this thread moves on towards individual positions and
useless complaints, it will be closed.

It is interesting to note that as consumers, there MUST be a way to get
protection from abuses, but then this is better handled in group actions
rather than mere individual attacks .

If enough users are having recurrent and similar problems, perhaps it is
time to start thinking in a more formal action.

But please keep the content at a reasonable level so we can keep discussing
these issues on the list.
