Paul, I understand where you are coming from; we all have bad times but may I pick you up on several points?
The 2100 if I am not mistaken is an Epson printer, not Canon, hence the total lack of care or support. Canon really are quite good on their printers. C1 - I have now downloaded three versions since the release of 3.5, two from Denmark, one from RawWorkflow.com - in terms of support, they have a forum at rawworkflow that works well and telephone support for pro users that seems to work OK for me.
