OK, here's a question for those shooting digital with studio strobes.

If you have to "plug-in" to your "high-voltage" studio strobes, what's the best
way to ensure that you don't fry your camera?

I know that Wein makes a number of "safe syncs" but don't know if there are
better, safer, faster gadgets out there.

What's the safest, yet most economical way to go?
