Some points.
1. Listers with a commercial involvement in a product are expected to declare that in any post regarding that product. Although that is not explicitly written in the guidelines, anyone who understands the spirit of the guidelines will understand that is implicit.
2. The list mums work behind the scenes to ensure the guidelines. With respect - it is down to us to explain to an errant lister when he/she has broken the guidelines - and we do. So please don't try and do out job for us. If you want to do it - volunteer to be a list mum
3. Provacative subject lines including such words as "war" are totally out of place on this list.
4.The various parties in this exchange have now all had a good go.
