I'm still shooting film and then scanning for digital work and output.

I'm upgrading to a new system and new monitor (Artisan). I've been using
Windows 98 and Windows 2000 without problems. This workstation will be
primarily for digital photography.

Is there an advantage in using Windows XP over Windows 2000? The stability
of Windows 2000 seems to be better than XP, though the reports I've heard
are anecdotal.

Any other suggestions in a new computer (other than "Get A Mac" ;) would be
appreciated.

Thanks,

Steve
