[PRODIG] PS CS flagged pic list

Hi list - Shot a ton of stuff abroad, downloaded to laptop and 
flagged/rotated all the interesting pix in PS CS file browser while 
waiting in airport, saved all the originals on firewire ext drive. My 
laptop's too slow etc. Now I'm home I plug firewire drive into my G5 
and would like to transfer the flagged/rotated list. What's most 
efficient way?
