I have to change some details for a lame set of computer allergic persons at a UK company which hosts with BT .After weeks they came up with ftp-btwebworld.com and a user name and pass.
The server is not responding and appears to be invalid (so I cant check the rest)
Am hesitant to ask them to call BT and get it wrong again - Can anyone give me a tried server name I can try
