More info to come later if needed...but I would like a high res crop of two
different frames which do have the exact same dust location artifacts...

P.S. While I had an inside ear at Adobe for the CS beta, I asked for
consideration of grain/noise and dust in future releases (and noted some
suggestions).

It would be wise to make an official post at the feature request section of
the Photoshop site if you too would like these "ancient, legacy" concerns
addressed inside Photoshop without looking for third party solutions. :)
