You said there's a built in driver in XP that gives magenta? what driver would you recommend?
David, the work around that we use is for the client to uninstall the printer driver as is from XP (and win2K if you have updates enabled). Then get hold of the original Epson driver cd which came with the printer and install from that. DO NOT LET WINDOWS INSTALL WHATEVER DRIVER IT WANTS. Make sure it installs the one from the CD.
